Shipping:

All items will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. Pending product availability shipping preferences will be honored upon completion of item ordered. After credit card has cleared, please allow 7 - 14 business days (most items will ship sooner) before shipping to allow time for embroidery, custom work or handcrafting. Select your shipping method accordingly. Shipping preferences (eg. 1 day, express and etc.) applies to shipping after products are personalized and/or created. Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes

Payment:

Once your order has been received your credit card will not be charged until all fees associated with the shipping of your item(s) have been determined.

Return Policy:
Elegant Embroidery Designs assures only the highest product quality. However, due to the nature of our custom products; please make sure spelling, color and other options are correct. Because of this customization we cannot and do not allow for returns. We inspect each item before shipping.
