Can you monogram or embroider items purchased elsewhere? TOP
Yes, we can monogram or embroider items purchased elsewhere. Please keep in mind that not all items are meant to be monogrammed. Elegant Embroidery Designs can not be held liable for such items.

Can you deliver my items ASAP? TOP
In the event that you need rush delivery, please contact us at support@elegant-embroidery.com to ensure your items will be complete for your special occassion.  Additional delivery charges will apply. 

What method of shipping do you use? TOP
We ship item(s) via Fedex, UPS and the USPS. When your order is shipped we will provide a tracking number via email. 

What form of payment do you accept? TOP
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. 

What is your return policy? TOP
Because of this customization we cannot and do not allow for returns. We inspect each item before shipping.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions before submitting an order.  We will be glad to make changes to your item(s) if they have not gone into productions.  Once production has begun however, no changes can be made.
